於1993年出生，畢業於國立台灣藝術大學雕塑學系。
在創作過程中，逐漸對人體形象和自我身體的探索著迷。透過雕塑的概念去感受肉體皮層的材質性和其他媒材的多元運用，企圖創造出個人新型態的雕塑觀。
近年來的創作主題及媒材逐漸轉向身心靈上特定區域的反思。從角色觀察到的事物中獲得靈感，並透過自身的經驗去發想。這些作品細緻處理了個人回憶和情感層面，以及對於存在和內在狀態的探索，藉由創作觸動與觀者之間的情感連結。

因經歷了生命重大轉折而開啟的影像系列創作，作品 <白夜 Timeless> 讓白天和黑夜界限變得模糊，白夜賦予冰島更多日照，太陽停止朝升暮落，時間的存在變得不再重要，生命也彷彿無限拉長。成為記錄了彭千祐生命經歷的視覺筆記，沉靜於低溫壯麗的景色，追求藝術創作的本質，如此過程循環往復，就是一種享受。其中不論是愉悅抑或是挫敗，在這些經驗裡，創作過程即是超過一切的撫慰，也是精神享受的根本。
 

Born in 1993, graduated from the Sculpture Department of the National Taiwan University of Arts.

During the creative process, I gradually became fascinated by the exploration of the human body and my own body. Through the concept of sculpture, I feel the materiality of the physical cortex and the diverse use of other media, trying to create a new personal sculpture concept.

In recent years, the creative themes and media have gradually shifted towards reflection on specific areas of the body, mind and soul. Get inspired by what the character observes and think through your own experiences. These works carefully deal with personal memories and emotional aspects, as well as the exploration of existence and inner state, and touch the emotional connection with the viewer through creation.

The video series created after experiencing a major turning point in life, the work "White Night Timeless" blurs the boundaries between day and night. The white night gives Iceland more sunshine, the sun stops rising and setting, and the existence of time becomes no longer important. Life also seems to stretch infinitely. It has become a visual note that records Peng Qianyou’s life experience. He calms down in the low-temperature and magnificent scenery and pursues the essence of artistic creation. This process repeats itself and is a kind of enjoyment. Whether it is joy or frustration, in these experiences, the creative process is the most comforting thing and the foundation of spiritual enjoyment.
